Discovery

In the preliminary phase of the design process, we sit down with the client and understand the problem space and gather enough evidence to strategically design the product, addressing all the elements that users look for in a SaaS product.

Research

The Research phase is the most essential step across the entire lifecycle of a product. We decode the market space and the users, their needs, expectations, and pain points. This is mainly done when a new feature is added, or to improve the existing ones, increasing conversion rates and reducing friction for users.

UX Audit

Competitor Analysis

User Personas

We build 5 - 6 fictional characters that match your real users to represent the core customer demographics and expectations. This helps us understand the different ways a user interacts with the product. This helps develop effective messages that speak directly to users.

The design process begins after we define the problem, develop a proper solution with data, and validate them. We tackle all challenges that are ill-defined by reframing the problems in empathetically.

User Journey Map

We create user journey maps to gain insights into how a typical user interacts with your product. We then look at online and offline aspects of user flow. We determine the most important goals that the product should achieve, along with an empathy map that indicates user reaction each step.

Information Architecture

We create a visual representation of your current product’s infrastructure, features and hierarchy to define every path your user takes through the product. We construct IA based on two major assets: a visual hierarchy, and a legend for displaying different types of features, interactions, and flows.

Wireframe

We begin wireframing your product, conveying high-fidelity functionality, page or site layout and user experience. It’s a simple, static layout of ‘what-goes-where,' showing the potential direction of a page or feature to your product, allowing for rapid iterations and adaptations.

Visual Design

Visual design is more than just aesthetics. Our goal is to bring important elements in a frame and highlight them to grab the attention of your users. We prioritize the content on a page through size, color, typography, space, layout and images.

Clickable Prototypes

Once we have a usable product, we add visual attributes like colors, icons, and shadows, refining the look and feel of your product. Our goal in this step is to align your brand vision with the design language.

Usability Testing

We test the functionality of your completed digital product by observing real users as they attempt to complete tasks on it. We try and understand the user's concerns and usability issues to correct them effectively.
